We stand behind the functionality, performance, and reliability of our platform. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may contact us within 30 days of the end of your event to request a resolution, which may include a refund, credit, or extended service period at our discretion.

This guarantee does not apply to issues resulting from:

  • User error, misuse, or misunderstanding of the platform
  • Failure to follow the documentation or onboarding materials
  • Third-party system failures (e.g., internet outages, payment processor issues)
  • Errors or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete data entered by the user
  • Requests made after the guarantee window has expired

To be eligible, the issue must be reported via email or through our support form with details explaining the problem. We may request access to your account or logs to verify the claim.
